When the trainee obtains Basic Certificate by successfully passing the First four exams of the Certificate, has he the right to complete the program's remaining three  exams to obtain International Certificate in IT Skills (Validated by CIE) that is equivalent to six months, according to the Civil Service classification?  And if this is possible, will he pay for the last three exams only? What is the method followed for this?
- Yes.
- He pays for the Exams.
- The fees for issuing the Certificate, in the event of issuing a previous Certificate for the Certificate's first four subjects.

Which Version of (Windows, Office) is currently used to work on in International Certificate in IT Skills (Validated by CIE)?
Two Versions are available:
- Windows XP + Office 2003, and it will expire on 1/9/1432 H.
- Windows 7 + Office 2007.

Is there a table of contents or clear objectives required from the trainee for every part of the seven subjects to cover the exam?
They are available in the Trainer's Guide and can be obtained by visiting the National Company's website(www.cambridgeit.com.sa) and checking the Page of (Accredited Center's login – File Management….).

Are the exams available in Both Arabic and English?
The Examination is available in Arabic and English.

Is there a specific time limit for the trainee to obtain International Certificate in IT Skills (Validated by CIE) from the date of passing the first exam?
There is no specific time limit.

Can the trainee register to apply to the Certification exams only without attending the training course (provided that his level entitles him to this)?
Yes, the trainee can directly take the exam.

When buying packages consisting of a bag and 7 exams, are there any restrictions concerning the exams, meaning, will the exams be specified for the trainee who applies for the examination, meaning that, are they going to be a Word exam and another Excel exam, or they will be 7 complete examinations, and we will specify the Exams and the trainee name, thus we can use 7 exams for any subject and any trainee?
The examinations are not bound to the trainee's name or the subject, and can be used for any trainee and any subject.

In order to obtain International Certificate in IT Skills (Validated by CIE) in the Basic package, should the trainee pass any 4 exams out of the seven exams, or are there specific exams that he should pass?
To obtain Basic Certificate, the following Four subjects should be passed:
- Introduction to Information Technology.
- Using Computer and file management.
- Text processing by using Microsoft Word.
- Worksheets by using Microsoft Excel.
To obtain Advanced Certificate, the following Seven Subjects should be passed:
- Introduction to Information Technology.
- Using Computer and file management.
- Text processing by using Microsoft Word.
- Worksheets by using Microsoft Excel.
- Data bases by using Microsoft Access.
- Presentations by using Microsoft Power point.
- Information and Communication by using Internet Explorer.

Is obtaining the "Professional Trainer Certificate" by one of the trainees a Condition to Accredit the Center and start the operation?
Obtaining a CPA certificate is Optional on the condition of obtaining International Certificate in IT Skills (Validated by CIE), the Advanced level.

Is there a Skill card or the like for the Trainee?
There is No skill card for the Trainee.

What are the steps of booking Examination sessions?
Through the booking system available on the National Company for Training and Educational Technologies' website, by going to the list of Accredited Centers .

What are the success grades specified for the subjects?
The grade to success in the subject of "Introduction to Information Technology is 60/100; for the rest of the subjects, it is 80/100.
